Thanksgiving Outfit Inspiration

Hello loves! With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I thought it would be fun and helpful to share some Thanksgiving day outfit ideas with y’all. These looks I put together are cute, casual, and perfect for any Thanksgiving gathering. Thanksgiving can be a difficult holiday to dress for because normally people don’t just dress up to eat at their own house (lol). I hope these outfits inspire you and give you ideas as to what kind of pieces to incorporate into your look this Thanksgiving. Enjoy!

This first look combines two of my favorite things: denim and sweaters. I picked up this dress over the summer, but it is so easy to transition into the colder months. This look is casual, chic, and perfect for going over to someone’s house for a Thanksgiving meal. I topped this look off with my favorite thigh high boots of the season.

I’m reposting one of my favorite looks from last week because I think a sweater dress would be a great choice for a Thanksgiving look! It’s comfy, yet fashionable, and will hide your tummy incase you’re like me and feel bloated after eating too much Thanksgiving food (lol). If you’re celebrating from a place that’s especially cold, pair your sweater dress with tights for extra warmth. Check my post entirely about sweater dresses for even more inspiration.

This last look is for those of y’all who want to have a little more fun with your look this Thanksgiving. If you’re too scared to wear two patterns in one look, remember to keep one pattern in a neutral color (snakeskin or leopard) and the other pattern in a pop of color. I think the combo of a warm orange/red color with a pop of a fun print is perfect for Thanksgiving. This look could also be modified for a colder day by throwing on a denim jacket or a cozy teddy bear jacket.
